Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

DSPs provide hands-on support and are often the backbone of a participant’s daily routine. Their responsibilities include:

  • Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills
  • Supporting community inclusion and social engagement
  • Assisting with personal care when needed
  • Helping individuals follow their behavioral or medical supports
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Promoting safety, structure, and consistency in the home

DSPs build strong, trusting relationships and make a direct, daily impact on the lives of the people we serve.

Job Coaches

Job Coaches help participants reach their employment goals and succeed in real work environments. Their responsibilities include:

  • Supporting individuals as they learn job tasks
  • Providing on-the-job coaching and guidance
  • Helping develop workplace skills and routines
  • Working with employers to ensure accommodations or supports are in place
  • Encouraging independence and helping participants grow professionally

They play a crucial role in helping individuals enter the workforce and maintain meaningful employment.

Case Managers

Case Managers support both families and DSPs and help ensure each participant’s services are aligned with their NJISP goals. Their responsibilities include:

  • Conducting required home visits
  • Ensuring compliance with NJ DDD standards
  • Communicating with families, DSPs, and Support Coordinators
  • Training DSPs and providing ongoing guidance
  • Reviewing plans, monitoring progress, and addressing concerns
  • Supporting participants in accessing meaningful activities and services

Case Managers are the link that keeps communication flowing and services running smoothly.

Office Coordinators

Office Coordinators help keep CCP organized and ensure families and staff receive the support they need. Their responsibilities include:

  • Managing documentation, scheduling, and internal processes
  • Assisting with DSP onboarding and compliance tracking
  • Supporting Case Managers and regional leadership
  • Communicating with families, DSPs, and external partners
  • Maintaining organized systems that keep services moving efficiently

They are the center of office operations and ensure the agency works as a unified, efficient team.

Our organization is designed to make it as easy as possible for those closest to people with I/DD to secure practical support for their loved ones.
