I/DD Support Services You Can Trust

To maintain our high standards, we are approved by the State of New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities. Every employee goes through a rigorous process of onboarding: 

  • Fingerprinting
  • Drug Screening
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Central Registry from Offenders of Verification
  • ​Federal and New Jersey State screening processes
  • Intensive interview including reference verification and skill evaluation.​
  • ID/DD specific training through the Elizabeth Boggs Center at Rutgers University

In addition, our staff receives ongoing specialized training to maintain their skills and is updated on the latest changes in on-going NJ DDD training. We follow and maintain all state and federal regulations.
